Bishop Battle Star V
March 7, 2020 – Come join us for our fifth annual Bishop Battle Star Chess Tournament. This is a K-12 tournament. Individual trophies and team trophies will be awarded and will be dependent on the number of participants per grade level or section with a minimum of 1st through 3rd place presented per grade level or section. There will be U800 and Open divisions for Grades K-6, depending on number of participants. Each participant will play five rounds using the Swiss Sys pairing system (S, C, O tiebreaks). It is unfair and disrespectful to all involved (tournament staff and students) if participants are selective of which rounds to compete.
FOOD WILL BE AVAILABLE ON SITE!
PSD student registration is free as this is a PSD chess sponsored event,
but still register early through your PSD School’s chess club coach as there is limited space!
